摘要
从一二三产业融合发展的角度,分析了云南咖啡产业发展中一些需要解决的问题,提出三产融合的要点及建议:二产的正确选择才能实现全产业健康发展,重视咖啡的特殊属性,投入要适应市场需求,重视并加快一产产品质量的整体提升。
The coffee-planting in Yunnan province has been developed rapidly, but there are still a lot of problems need to be solved. It presents some strategies on how to develop coffee industry in an integrated ways, including the way to process raw coffee bean, explore market and improve the quality of coffee products, etc..
