中西医结合治疗高血压早期肾损害临床观察

Clinical observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on hypertensive early renal damage

目的:观察复方三七通脉方治疗原发性高血压早期肾损害(阴虚阳亢、痰瘀痹阻型)的临床疗效。方法:选取原发性高血压早期肾损害且中医辨证属阴虚阳亢、痰瘀痹阻证患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为两组各30例,对照组予缬沙坦氨氯地平片,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方三七通脉方,疗程均为4个月,比较治疗前后两组患者中医证候疗效、降压疗效及早期肾损害指标Cys C、mALB、β2-MG的变化情况。结果:治疗组中医证候疗效、降压疗效分别为90.0%、93.33%,均高于对照组(63.33%、70.00%)。治疗组在改善Cys C、mALB、β2-MG水平方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在降压治疗的基础上,加用复方三七通脉方,有助于改善高血压早期肾损害(阴虚阳亢、痰瘀痹阻型)临床症状、降低早期肾损害(Cys C、mALB、β2-MG)指标。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound Sanqi Tongmai recipe on primary hypertensioncaused early renal damage with syndromes of yang hyperactivity due to yin deficiency and blockage of phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:60 cases of selected patients with primary hypertension-caused early renal damage with syndrome of yang hyperactivity due to yin deficiency and blockage of phlegm and blood stasis were divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan amlodipine tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with compound Sanqi Tongmai recipe on the basis of control group.For both groups,the course of treatment was 4 months.The efficacy of TCM syndromes,antihypertensive efficacy and change of early renal damage indexes Cys C,mALB andβ2-MG of patients were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The treatment group was better than control group in TCM syndrome,antihypertensive effect and improvement of Cys C,mALB andβ2-MG of patients(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of general antihypertensive treatment,to add compound Sanqi Tongmai recipe is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of hypertensive early renal damage(with syndromes of yang hyperactivity due to yin deficiency and blockage of phlegm and blood stasis)and reduce the indexes of early renal damage(Cys C,mALB,β2-MG).
