摘要
采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱法测定某农药厂废水中苯系物,方法的相关系数r> 0.995,苯的相对偏差在0.9%~2.8%、甲苯的相对偏差在1.2%~1.8%,二甲苯的相对标准偏差在1.0%~2.0%;三种目标污染物的低浓度加标回收率在90.0%~96.0%,高浓度的加标回收率在89.0%~93.0%。结果表明相关系数、精密度、准确度均满足实验要求,可以应用于实际样品的测定。
The purge and trap-gas chromatography method is used to determine the benzene series in the wastewater of a pesticide factory. The correlation coefficient of the method is r>0.995, the relative deviation of benzene is 0.9% ~2.8%, and the relative deviation of toluene is 1.2%~ 1.8%, the relative standard deviation of xylene is 1.0%~2.0%;the low-concentration spiked recovery rate of the three target pollutants is 90.0%~96.0%, and the high-concentration spiked recovery rate is 89.0%~93.0%. The results show that the correlation coefficient, precision and accuracy all meet the experimental requirements and can be applied to the determination of actual samples.
