乙醇胺-二甲基亚砜无水溶液吸收-解吸二氧化碳性能

摘要 本研究以乙醇胺(MEA)为活性组分,二甲基亚枫(DMSO)为溶剂,配制MEA-DMSO无水吸收剂用于CO_(2)捕集。研究表明,在40℃下,MEA-DMSO的CO2吸收负荷可达0.71mol·mol^(-1),该结果比传统MEA水溶液的吸收负荷高24.6%;在120℃下,MEA-DMSO的最大CO_(2)解吸速率和解吸负荷分别为0.23mol·min^(-1)·kg^(-1)和0.38mol·mol^(-1),远优于MEA水溶液;经历6次循环吸收,MEA-DMSO的CO2负荷仍可保持0.33mol·mol^(-1)。以上结果说明MEA-DMSO具有良好的CO_(2)吸收-解吸性能,是一种颇具应用潜力的CO_(2)吸收剂。 A nonaqeous absorbent comprising of monoethanolamine(MEA) and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) was proposed for CO_(2) capture in this study. The experimental results showed that the CO_(2) absorption loading of the MEA-DMSO solution could realize 0.71 mol·mol^(-1) at 40℃, which was 24.6% higher than that of the conventional MEA aqueous solution. In addition, the MEA-DMSO solution had a high maximum desorption rate(0.23 mol·min^(-1)·kg^(-1)) and desorption loading(0.38 mol·mol^(-1)) at 120℃, clearly outperforming the MEA aqueous solution. Moreover, the MEA-DMSO solution could be used repeatedly, its CO_(2) absorption loading was still 0.33 mol·mol^(-1) after six absorption cycles. Therefore, the MEA-DMSO solution may be a promising candidate for CO_(2) capture due to its superior CO_(2) absorption-desorption performance.
