不同初始温度下垃圾土降解产热研究

摘要 为了研究垃圾土降解产热的规律,本文以人工配制的垃圾土试样作为研究对象进行室内试验。通过监测垃圾土降解过程的温度变化,并根据产热模型推导对应的计算公式对垃圾土降解中的产热量进行了计算。最后,通过产热量、垃圾土降解产气速率以及气体成分三个指标,对垃圾土降解产热阶段进行划分。结果表明:初始平均温度为25.85℃、30.28℃、34.54℃的垃圾土降解产热值分别为109.68 kJ、134.22 kJ、124.40 kJ。垃圾土降解产热的阶段可以划分为四个阶段:好氧反应产热阶段;好、厌氧反应过渡产热阶段;厌氧反应产热阶段;产热稳定阶段。 In order to study the disciplinarian of heat generation during waste degradation,the artificial waste sample was used in this test,the temperature change of the waste degradation process was monitored,a simplified heat generation model and calculation formulas corresponding to the model were applied to calculate the heat generation.Besides,combined with the gas generation rate and the change of gas composition,the heat generation stage of waste degradation was divided.The results shows that the heat generation values of waste at initial temperature of 25.85℃,30.28℃and 34.54℃were 109.68 kJ,124.40 kJ and 134.22 kJ respectively,30.28℃is the most suitable temperature for the degradation of waste,and its heat generation is the largest in this bio-degradation test;the heat generation stage of waste degradation can be divided into:heat generation stage of aerobic reaction;transition heat generation stage from aerobic reaction to anaerobic reaction;heat generation stage of anaerobic reaction;heat generation stable stage.
