摘要 基于沥青混凝土罩面加铺层易形成反射裂缝病害的问题,分析了三种典型的防治沥青路面加铺层反射裂缝的施工措施,即:改善沥青混凝土罩面层性能、处置旧路面板、设置中间夹层。分析表明:通过提高罩面层厚度、采用改性沥青、加筋材料来提高沥青混凝土罩面层的使用性能,能有效防止反射裂缝的产生;对旧路面板采取封填、稳定裂缝,破碎、稳定旧路面板施工能降低路面的应力集中现象;根据水泥混凝土路面与加铺层结构模量的差异性,以及路面加铺层厚度的防治反射裂缝的作用,在实际工程应用中,控制吸收层模量保持在300 MPa~500 MPa、厚度在2.5 cm~3 cm之间能有效防治反射裂缝的形成和发展。 Based on the problem that reflection crack is easily formed in asphalt concrete overlay,this paper analyzes three typical construction measures to prevent reflection crack in asphalt pavement overlay,that is,to improve the performance of asphalt concrete overlay,to dispose of the old pavement slab,to improve the performance of asphalt concrete overlay and to deal with the old pavement slab.set the middle mezzanine.The analysis shows that the reflection crack can be effectively prevented by increasing the thickness of the cover layer and adopting the modified asphalt and reinforced material to improve the performance of the asphalt concrete cover layer.In sealing,stabilizing cracks,crushing,stabilizing the construction of old pavement panels,the influence of foundation emptying surface is reduced,and stress concentration phenomenon is reduced after stable treatment;according to the cement coagulation,the stress concentration phenomenon is reduced after the solid treatment.The difference of structural modulus between soil pavement and overlay,as well as the effect of pavement overlay thickness on preventing reflective cracks,in practical engineering application,the modulus of overlay is kept at 300 MPa to 500 MPa,thickness between 2.5 cm-3cm can effectively prevent the formation and development of reflective cracks.
