无端隙活塞环技术研究

摘要 活塞环存有端隙,因磨损端隙增大会造成密封不严,端隙对口密封原理失效所产生的高温燃气泄漏,使发动机气缸压缩压力降低、燃烧反应不充分、怠速不稳、热效率降低、动力不足乃至启动困难、烧机油加重、形成积碳、增加尾气排放的污染物。高温气体窜入曲轴箱时,使活塞环受热弹力失效,活塞异常膨胀变形,引发机油结胶活塞环卡死或拉缸、造成机油温度升高、油膜破坏,导致各摩擦副加剧磨损、机油氧化分子链断裂。论述了无端隙活塞环具备密封严密和磨损补偿功能的特性。解决了上述问题,节能环保,一致性长达2×105km,提高了内燃机的综合质量。 The non-end gap piston ring has the functions of tight sealing and wear compensation. Improper sealing of piston rings and failure of end-gap counterpart seals result in high temperature gas leakage,which causes cylinder compression,lower detonation pressure,insufficient combustion,unstable idling speed,lower efficiency,insufficient power,and even difficult start-up,burning engine oil,forming carbon deposit,increasing exhaust gas emission pollutants. High temperature gas channeling into crankcase makes piston rings ineffective by thermal elasticity and abnormal expansion deformation of piston. It causes oil-bonded piston rings to jam or pull cylinders,oil temperature rise and oil film damage,which leads to worsening wear and tear. It also has energy-saving and environmental protection,consistency up to 2 × 105 kilometers,low speed torque increase,burning more fully. Improve the comprehensive quality of internal combustion engines,is a sharp weapon technology of international competition.
