润滑油在加速老化下对cGPF耐久性的影响研究

摘要 涂覆型微粒捕集器(cGPF)技术是满足汽油车国六标准排放要求的主要技术之一,该技术在应用中存在的难题就是与润滑油适配的耐久性差。研究了2种不同润滑油配方在发动机加速老化后c GPF的耐久性,并进行了汽车及发动机的排放试验。为了模拟热老化、灰分和soot加载达到汽车行驶2×10^(5)km以上的水平,提出了新的发动机加速老化循环工况方法。在进行加速老化耐久试验后,对发动机排放性能、排气背压、催化性和整体性能进行评估,2种不同试验用润滑油均表现出较好性能且满足国六标准要求。 Catalytic gasoline particulate filter( c GPF) is one of the main technologies to meet the emission requirements of national standard 6 for gasoline vehicles. The difficulty in the application of c GPF is the durability of lubricating oil. It studies the durability of c GPF technology based on two different lubricating oil formulations after accelerated aging of engine,and carries out vehicle emission test. In order to simulate the thermal aging,ash content and soot loading at least equivalent to the level of 2 × 10^(5) km,a set of accelerated aging method for engine was developed. After the durability test,the emission performance,exhaust back pressure,catalytic performance and overall performance of the engine were evaluated,and the two kinds of experimental lubricants showed high performance.
