摘要
接箍车丝机作为油套管接箍生产的核心设备,其刀塔动力多采用力矩电机。为了快速、准确判定车丝机刀塔故障原因,通过对刀塔结构及伺服控制原理的分析及多年来对该设备故障的处理经验,总结出该类设备常见的四类刀塔故障,即机械负载过大、检测元件或执行元件失效、伺服异常以及电机损失,并针对常见的四类故障提出了相应的排查和处理方法,为后期故障的诊断及排除提供了必要的技术支持。
As the core equipment of casing coupling production,coupling threading machine mostly adopts torque motor to power its turret.In order to quickly and accurately determine the cause of threading machine turret failure,through the analysis of turret structure and servo control principle and years of experience in dealing with the equipment failure,four types of turret failures are summarized in this kind of equipment,that is,excessive mechanical load,failure of detecting element or actuating element,abnormal servo and motor loss.The corresponding troubleshooting and processing methods for the four kinds of common failures are proposed,which provides the necessary technical support for the diagnosis and elimination of the later faults.
