生活垃圾协同焚烧污泥层燃燃烧特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对炉排炉焚烧生活垃圾及协同焚烧处置污泥(含水率40%、质量比例12%)的层燃燃烧过程,以及一次风风温对生活垃圾-污泥混合物料燃烧过程的影响开展模拟研究。结果显示:协同焚烧污泥导致烟气温度在挥发分析出和燃烧阶段的前期上升、后期大幅下降,并导致炉膛的高温区域向炉排后段方向移动,最高温度降低,但对炉排上挥发物析出的时刻影响不大。升高一次风风温可以使掺烧污泥后的物料在燃烧炉排段尾部燃烧的温度恢复到无掺烧燃烧工况,并有利于减弱掺烧污泥对炉膛高温区域的不利影响。 The stratified combustion process of grate furnace incineration of domestic waste and coordinated incineration of sludge(water content 40%,mass proportion 12%),and the impact of primary air temperature on the combustion process of waste incinerator were studied.The result showed that the cooperative incineration of sludge caused the flue gas temperature to rise in the early stage of volatilization analysis and combustion phase,dropped sharply in the later stage.And caused the high temperature area of the furnace to move to the rear section of the grate,the maximum temperature to decrease,but has little effect on the volatile matter precipitation time on the grate.Increasing the primary air temperature could make the combustion temperature of the materials mixed with sludge in the end of the combustion grate return to the combustion condition without mixed combustion.And it was beneficial to reduce the adverse effect of mixed sludge on the high temperature area of furnace.
