Teacher’s Perspective:Analysis Based on an Opinion Survey of Qualification Assessment Section of Beijing’s General High School Academic Proficiency Exam

摘要 对北京市高中教研员和一线教师进行半结构化访谈,了解教师对合格性考试制度的价值取向,对考试实施过程中存在的问题进行分析。研究证实:合格性考试制度的必要性和合理性得到了教职人员的普遍认可:合格考在促进教学上有超出制度设计预期的价值新意,有助于平衡各校教学进度差异;敦促老师不能放弃每一个学生学习;有助于诊断不同层级学生学习情况,落实“新课标”的必修内容;基础而有新意的考试题目,具有强大的教学导向作用。 The Qualification Assessment section of Beijing’s General High School Academic Proficiency Exam had implemented for two years.Based on semi-structured interviews,this paper investigated several General High school teachers to learn about their attitudes towards this exam,as well as the problems in the process of implementation of this exam.The study found that,the values of this exam were generally accepted by teachers.Some new values had been put forward,that is,the key time node of exam and the prescribed courses contents could balance different teaching schedules among schools.It was helpful to urge teachers not to abandon students with poor academic performance,and diagnosed the learning situation of different level students,as well as the implementation of compulsory learning content of new curriculum standards.Some innovative items in the exams had strong guiding roles in teaching.The Qualification Assessment section of General High School Academic Proficiency Exam is an important part of the educational evaluation system in the new era.
