By using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper studies the perioperative rehabilitation treatment of meniscus injury caused by exercise, and puts forward more targeted rehabilitation treatment strategies for the specific situations of patients without use, aiming to provide reference for patients to return to life and society faster.
