综合格斗拳腿技术的制胜因素分析——以2020年UFC女子草量级世界冠军卫冕战为例

Analysis on the winning factors of mixed martial arts fist and leg technique——taking the 2020 UFC Women′s Grass Weight World Championship Title Fight for example

采用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法,对2020年UFC女子草量级世界冠军卫冕之战参赛选手的技术指标进行统计与分析。结果表明:张伟丽的力量和近身格斗技术(CQC)是动进攻的组合动作技术的使用,并通过近身搏击运用3次以上的组合动作技术从对攻、换拳中寻找机会。建议张伟丽继续注重身体素质及泰拳技术的提高,注重摔法和地面技术的使用;我国运动员应全面发展技术,特别是踢打技术,改进动作细节,培养技术特长。

By using the methods of literature, interview video observation and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the technical indexes of the contestants in the 2020 UFC Women′s Grass weight World Championship defending. The results show that Zhang Weili′s strength and close combat skills(CQC)are one of the winning factors. It is necessary to learn from each other′s strong points, avoid her sharp edges and adjust her positions to do defensive counterattack. Zhang Weili should reduce the use of two active attack combined movement techniques and through close combat, use more than three combined movement techniques to find opportunities from the counterattack and boxing change. Suggestions: Zhang Weili should continue to pay attention to the improvement of physical quality and Thai boxing technology, pay attention to the use of throwing and ground technology;our athletes should develop technology in an all-round way, especially kicking and hitting technology,improve action details, and cultivate technical expertise.
