燃机电厂静止变频器启动及起励失败分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Startup and Excitation Failure of Static Frequency Converter in Gas Turbine Power Plant

京能集团北京京西燃气热电有限公司装有三套西门子F级燃机,随着电网的深度调峰,燃机日启停频繁,出现了燃机启动失败的情况。故障主要为SFC启动失败及发电机无法励磁。为保证燃机平稳、快速、可靠、频繁启动,本文分析了燃机启动期间SFC启动及起励时出现的故障,并提出排查方法和对策。

Beijing Jingxi Gas-fired Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.of Powerbeijing Group is equipped with three Siemens Fclass gas turbines,with the in-depth peak regulation of the power grid,gas turbines start and stop frequently every day,and gas turbines fail to start.The main faults are SFC start failure and generator failure to excite.In order to ensure the stable,fast,reliable,and frequent startup of the gas turbine,this paper analyzed the failures that occur during the startup of the gas turbine during SFC startup and excitation,and proposed troubleshooting methods and countermeasures.
