新时代中部地区科普载体建设与发展研究--以河南省为例 被引量:1

摘要 创新是河南“十四五”时期及更长一段时期经济社会发展的主旋律,科学普及的广度和厚度决定着科技创新的高度。河南省的科普发展迎来了新的机遇期。通过深入学习和贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,结合河南省科学普及发展现状,笔者从河南省科普载体发展中的优劣势、外部的机遇和风险等四个方面出发,运用SWOT战略分析模型全面深入研究河南省科普载体建设和发展现状,得出了四种趋向不同的发展意见,同时借鉴国内创新经济先进省份的科普载体发展成果,从政治、经济、社会与文化四个方面提出对策和建议。 Innovation is the main theme of Henan's economic and social development during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period and a longer period of time,and the breadth and thickness of the popularization of science determine the height of technological innovation.The development of popular science in Henan Province has ushered in a new period of opportunity.Through in-depth study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,combined with the current situation of scientific popularization and development in Henan Province,the author started from the advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities and risks of the development of Henan Province's science popularization carrier,used the SWOT strategic analysis model to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study of the current status of the construction and development of popular science carriers in Henan Province,and drew four development opinions with different trends,and at the same time drew on the development achievements of popular science carriers in the advanced provinces of domestic innovation economy,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the four aspects of politics,economy,society and culture.
