根尖周炎引起的牙源性上颌窦炎的治疗

The treatment of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis caused by periapical periodontitis

目的:探讨根管治疗/根管再治疗治疗根尖周炎引起的牙源性上颌窦炎的可行性。方法:临床确诊的根尖周炎引起的牙源性上颌窦炎病例5例,根管治疗/根管再治疗3个月、6个月和12个月复查CBCT。结果:根管治疗/根管再治疗后5例临床病例临床症状消失,3个月和6个月CBCT显示5例临床病例根尖周、上颌窦底和上颌窦内变化不明显,12个月CBCT显示所有病例根尖周和上颌窦底骨质基本恢复,上颌窦内炎症消失或者粘膜增生明显好转。结论:完善的根管治疗/根管再治疗能够治愈根尖周炎引起的牙源性上颌窦炎。

Objective:To investigate the feasibility of treatment of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis caused by periapical periodontitis by root canal treatment/retreatment.Methods:5 odontogenic maxillary sinusitis caused by periapical periodontitis were made a definite diagnosis in clinical,Cone Beam Computed Tomography(CBCT)is re-examinated in 3 month,6 month and 12 month after root canal treatment/retreatment.Results:The clinical symptoms of all 5 cases disappear after root canal treatment/retreatment.The change of the periapical and the maxillary sinusin CBCT is not obvious in 3 month and 6 month after root canal treatment/retreatment.The bone substance of periapical and the bottom of maxillary sinusin CBCT return to normal and maxillary sinusitis disappear or the mucous hyperplasia of maxillary sinus is obviously better in 12 month after root canal treatment/retreatment.Conclusion:Prefect root canal treatment/retreatment may be feasible for treatment of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis caused by periapical periodontitis.
