摘要
通过对某重件码头桅杆吊倾覆后受损情况的检测分析,提出了桅杆吊臂架下铰点基座和钢横撑结构段修复的新方法,同时新增防后倾装置,不仅保证了码头结构的安全性,而且节约了工期和修复成本,为类似维修加固项目提供参考。
By detecting and analyzing one heavy cargo berth structure being damaged by one overturned mast crane,a renovation method is proposed for the hinge base and the structural section of steel cross-support below the boom of mast crane.At the same time,anti-backward device is added,which not only ensures the safety of berth structure,but also reduces the construction period and cost.This research will provide a reference for similar renovation and reinforcement works.
