气氛及后置催化剂对平朔烟煤热解特性的影响

Influence of atmosphere and post-catalyst on pyrolysis characteristics of Pingshuo bituminous coal

摘要 为实现煤热解焦油轻质化的目的,在小型流化床上考察N_(2)、CH、H_(2)气氛对平朔烟煤热解特性的影响,并在煤热解下游后置Ni基催化剂以催化提质焦油。结果表明:H_(2)和CH_(4)气氛均能提高煤热解的转化率,使得热解焦油产率提升。相比于CH_(4)气氛,在CH_(4)气氛下后置Ni基催化剂使焦油产率提升10%,煤气产率有所增加,H_(2)产率有所增加,热解焦油向轻质化方向转化。通过模拟蒸馏和GC-MS分析得到,相比于N_(2)气氛,CH_(4)、H_(2)气氛和CH_(4)+Ni提高了轻油、酚油、萘油、洗油、蒽油的相对含量,且提高量呈现:CH_(4)+Ni>H_(2)>CH,而沥青含量有所下降。相比于CH_(4),CH_(4)+Ni下芳香烃和脂肪烃相对含量大幅增加。 Aiming to lighten coal pyrolysis tar,the influences of different atmospheres N_(2),CH_(4),H_(2)on the pyrolysis characteristics of Pingshuo bituminous coal were investigated in a small fluidized bed.Ni-based catalyst was used downstream of coal pyrolysis to catalyze and upgrade tar.Results show that both H_(2)and CH_(4)atmospheres can increase the conversion rate of coal pyrolysis and the yield of pyrolysis tar.Compared with CH_(4)atmosphere,the postinstallation of Ni-based catalyst in the CH atmosphere increased the tar yield by 10%,the gas yield increased,the H_(2)yield increased,and the pyrolysis tar was converted to lighter weight.Through simulated distillation and GC-MS analysis,compared with N_(2)atmosphere,CH_(4),H_(2)atmosphere and CH_(4)+Ni increased the relative content of light oil,phenol oil,naphthalene oil,washing oil,and anthracene oil,and the increased amount showed:CH_(4)+Ni>H_(2)>CH_(4)while the asphalt content was decreased.Compared with CH_(4),the relative content of aromatic hydrocarbons and aliphatic hydrocarbons increased significantly under CH_(4)+Ni.
