动商与气质类型关系之研究

The Relationship Between Motor Quotient and Temperament Type

动商作为与智商、情商共同构成人类全面发展的三大支脚,逐渐受到广大学者的重视,相关的研究也越来越多。本文主要采用文献资料法在分析概念、理念的基础上,从气质类型角度重新审视动商,以期能够更为深刻地探究动商本质。研究发现气质类型和动商之间具有明显的理论联系,多血质、粘液质、胆汁质、抑郁质这四种类型在动商表现上有着明显区别。研究建议不同气质类型的人群可以针对性地选择体育项目进行运动,发挥自身长处的同时改善现有不足,最终提高自己的动商水平。

Motor quotient(MQ),intelligence quotient(IQ)and emotional quotient(EQ)serve as the three mainstays of the all-round mankind development.MQ has gradually received mainstream scholars’attention,prompting more and more researches.Based on a literature review to MQ concepts and principles,this paper re-examines it from the perspective of temperament types,so as to more deeply explore its essential nature.Research has found an obvious theoretical connection between temperament types and motor quotient.There exist obvious differences in their motor quotient expressions among the four types of blood,phlegm,bile and melancholia.This research suggests that people of different temperament types can select their targeted sports,giving a full play to their strengths and improving their existing deficiencies and their MQ levels.
