摘要
大型油浸式变压器作为工矿企业、电厂和重特大试验厂房等能源动力系统关键部位,发生火灾后会给生活、生产和科研试验造成极其严重的后果。结合现行标准规范,研析现有油浸式变压器各类灭火系统形式,应优先采用水喷雾灭火系统。通过具体工程实例,重点就水喷雾灭火系统设计、计算和注意事项进行了探讨,针对新修订的GB 50219—2014《水喷雾灭火系统技术规范》增加了变压器绝缘子升高座孔口设置喷头要求,为防止误喷造成不利影响,建议火灾自动报警系统采用2个独立探测器的冗余设置方案,并就消防后可能产生的次生灾害,绘制了具备油水分离功能的事故油池详图。
As a key part of energy power system in industrial and mining enterprises, power plant, major test plant and some other power energy system, oil immersed transformer may cause extremely serious consequences for life, production and scientific research after a fire. Combined with the current standards, it is necessary to analyze the existing fire extinguishing system forms of oil immersed transformers, and priority should be given to water spray fire extinguishing system. Through specific engineering examples, the design, calculation and matters needing attention of the water spray fire extinguishing system were mainly discussed. In view of the newly revised GB 50219—2014 Technical code for water spray fire protection systems, the requirements of setting up nozzle of the transformer insulators on the increase of the seat opening were increased. In order to prevent adverse effects caused by misfiring, it was suggested that the fire automatic alarm system adopt two redundant detectors of independent detectors, and the secondary disasters that may occur after fire fighting were also discussed. The detail drawing of accident oil pool with oil-water separation function was drawn for reference of similar projects.
