上海市闵行区12 972名学龄前儿童视力现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Status and Influencing Factors of Poor Eyesight in 12972 Preschool Children of Minhang District,Shanghai

目的:调查上海市闵行区学龄前儿童视力状况并分析视力低下的影响因素。方法:随机抽取闵行区100家托幼机构12972名学龄前儿童进行视力检查。并对部分儿童进行问卷调查,了解近视相关影响因素。结果:闵行区学龄前儿童视力低常检出率为27.70%,女童的视力低常率高于男童,5岁以上儿童的视力低常率高于5岁以下儿童。家长最高学历高的儿童视力低常率较高,不同户外活动时间的儿童视力低常率不同。结论:上海市闵行区儿童视力低常率为27.7%,应加强对女童、5岁以上儿童视力状况的关注,引导学历较高的家长注重儿童用眼健康,并对儿童加强户外活动对于视力影响的健康宣教。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the eyesight situation of preschool children in Minhang District and analyze the influencing factors of poor eyesight.METHODS 12972 preschool children in Minhang District were randomly selected for visual examination.Some children were investigated by questionnaire to understand the influencing factors of myopia.RESULTS The prevalence rate of low vision in preschool children in Minhang District was 27.70%.The rate of poor eyesight in girls was higher than that in boys.The rate of poor eyesight in children above 5 years old was higher than that in children under 5 years old.Children with high parental education have a high rate of poor eyesight.Children with different outdoor activites had different rates of poor eyesight.CONCLUSION The low vision rate of children in Minhang District of Shanghai is 27.7%.It is necessary to pay more attention to the eyesight status of girls and children over 5 years old.Parents with higher academic qualifications should be guided to pay attention to children’s eyes and strengthen the importance of children’s outdoor activities.
