摘要
介绍了我国油茶产区分布、主要品种及油茶果预处理工艺流程,列举部分整体式和分体式油茶果脱壳、清选装备,分析了我国油茶果预处理装备的现状及发展趋势,为今后油茶果预处理成套装备的研制开发提供参考。
This paper introduces the main varieties and production area distribution of Camellia oleifera in China as well as the pretreatment process of Camellia oleifera fruit,lists some integral and split shelling and cleaning equipment of Camellia oleifera fruit,and analyzes the status quo and development trend of pretreatment equipment of Camellia oleifera fruit in China so as to provide reference for the research and development of packaged Camellia oleifera fruit pretreatment equipment in future.
