摘要
为了降低牧草秸秆田间收集的漏草率,设计了一种具有仿形功能的牧草秸秆捡拾装置。该装置主要由摆动滚子推杆盘形凸轮机构、仿形装置和防护装置组成,其中仿形装置由仿形轮与仿形轮调节器组成,仿形轮在竖直方向上的位置可以通过调节器进行调节,进而改变弹齿端部的离地间距,以适应不同的牧草秸秆捡拾作业和工作环境。该装置可配合打捆机等完成牧草秸秆的捡拾打捆作业,减少人力劳动,降低漏草率,提高牧草秸秆利用率。
In order to reduce the forage straw omission rate in the collecting process in the field,a forage straw pickup device with profiling function has been designed.The device is mainly composed of a swinging roller push rod disk CAM mechanism,a profiling unit and a protective unit,and the profiling unit consists of profiling wheel and profiling wheel regulator.The position of the profiling wheel in the vertical direction can be adjusted through the regulator,and then the distance between the spring tooth and the earth can be changed to adapt to different forage straw collecting operations and work environments.The device can be installed on a baling machine to help complete the collection and baling of forage straw,thereby reducing human labor and the straw omission rate and improving the utilization rate of forage straw.
