中空纤维膜的性能影响分析及其调整方法

摘要 近些年来,膜分离技术在污水处理领域表现出诸多的优势,并迅速发展。本文以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)等为原料制成的中空纤维膜为研究对象,对中空纤维膜丝纯水通量、脱除特定组分能力、泡点压力、膜丝的内外径及其拉伸性能等性能进行检验测试。通过测试可知膜丝的生产原料、膜丝的壁厚以及天气的变化都对其性能有一定的影响,可以通过添加一些改性剂来调节生产原料所带来的影响,也可以通过调整工艺参数、清洗生产机器的关键零部件等方法来缩小不良影响,以达到提高膜丝的性能的目的。 In recent years,membrane separation technology has shown many advantages in the field of wastewater treatment,and has developed rapidly.In this paper,the hollow fiber membrane made of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF),polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)and dimethylacetamide(DMAC)was used as the research object.The pure water flux,the ability to remove specific components,bubble point pressure,inner and outer diameter and tensile properties of the hollow fiber membrane were tested.It can be seen from the test that the raw materials,the wall thickness and the change of weather all have a certain influence on the performance of the film filament.The influence of the raw materials can be adjusted by adding some modifiers,and the adverse effects can be reduced by adjusting the process parameters and cleaning the key parts of the production machine,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the performance of the film filament.
