摘要
本文针对喷涂过程大风量低浓度VOCs治理过程中,可与沸石转轮配套的催化氧化装置(CO)、蓄热式氧化装置(RTO)、蓄热式催化氧化装置(RCO)的运行费用和经济效益进行分析研究,结果表明,在适宜使用催化剂的工况条件下,RCO能效比较高;RTO能效比适中,CO能效比较低。
In this paper,the operating costs and economic benefits of catalytic oxidation unit(CO),regenerative oxidation unit(RTO)and regenerative catalytic oxidation unit(RCO)which can be matched with zeolite runner in the treatment process of VOCs with large air volume and low concentration in spraying process are analyzed and studied.The results show that RCO has high energy efficiency under the suitable working conditions of using catalyst;RTO has moderate energy efficiency ratio and Co has high energy efficiency The effect is relatively low.
