游客体验视角下的大理民宿吸引力研究

Survey on the Attraction of Dali B&B from the Perspective of Tourist Experience

民宿旅游作为一种新兴的旅游业态,其吸引力影响着旅游者决策行为以及自身发展后劲。文章以大理民宿为例,通过文献分析和因子分析法构建大理民宿吸引力评价体系,并采用模糊综合评价法测算大理民宿吸引力评价等级。结果表明:大理民宿对游客的综合吸引力值为3.285,表现一般,整体提升空间较大;7项制约层评价指标吸引力由高到低依次排序为:周围环境>服务质量>公共区域>休闲活动>客房环境>餐饮质量>特色表现;23项具体评价因子吸引力值差距较大,一至四级均有分布,其中周围自然风光吸引力均值最高,为4.25;当地特色餐饮吸引力均值最低,为1.48。为提高大理民宿吸引力,提出完善周边环境建设,提高人员专业素质,积极组织集体活动,注重表现地方特色的参考建议。

B&B is a new type of tourism,and its attractiveness affects the decision-making behavior of tourists and their own development potential.Taking Dali B&B as an example,constructing attractiveness evaluation system through literature analysis and factor analysis,then uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the Dali B&B attractiveness rating.The results show that the comprehensive attractiveness digital of Dali B&B to tourists is 3.285,which is average,and the overall improvement space is large.The attractiveness of the seven constraint layer evaluation indicators is ranked from high to low:surrounding environment,service quality,public area,leisure activity,guest room,dining quality,special performance.The 23 specific evaluation factors have a large difference in attractiveness value,and they are distributed from one to four levels.The highest average attractiveness is surrounding natural scenery which digital is 4.25,and the lowest average attractiveness is local characteristic catering which digital is 1.48.By improving the surrounding environment and the professional quality of personnel,and actively organizing collective activities,and focusing on local characteristics,the attractiveness of Dali B&B will be enhanced.
