摘要
专业认同是专业建设发展的基础,科学地测量学生专业认同度对于专业发展具有重要意义。基于旅游管理专业学生调查,采用Fuzzy-IPA分析方法对学生专业认同度进行研究。结果显示,(1)学生专业认同测量模型包括情感爱好、教学认知、职业发展、行为表现、自身适应等5个测量维度;(2)学生对专业总体认同度是3.598,其中情感爱好和行为表现的认同度较高,对教学认识、职业发展和自身适应的认同度较低;(3)进一步分析学生专业认同度测量指标,结果显示,情感爱好是重要性-认同度都较高的“优势区”,教学认知和职业发展是重要性高-认同度低的“关注区”。
Professional identification is the foundation of the development of professional construction and development.Scientifically estimating students’professional identification is of great importance to the professional development.Based on the survey conducted among students majoring in tourism management,we use Fuzzy-IPA analysis method to conduct students’professional identification.The results show:(1)Student professional identification measurement model includes five dimensions,namely emotion and hobbies,teaching and cognition,career development,behavior performance and self adaptation.(2)Students’overall professional identification level is 3.598.students’have a relatively high identification of emotion and hobbies,behavior performance,and have a low identification of teaching and cognition,career development,self adaptation.(3)The dimension of emotion and hobbies is“the strength area”with high importance and high identification while the dimensions of teaching and cognition,career development are“the attention area”with high importance and low identification.
