摘要
东雷一期抽黄灌区东雷一级泵站为直接抽取黄河水进入总干渠灌溉的源头枢纽站,泵站特点为低扬程、大流量、扬程变幅较大、水源泥沙含量大。本文总结了两次水泵更新改造的成功经验、关键技术创新点及改造后的显著效果,可为解决多泥沙河流上的水泵运行效率低下、泥沙磨蚀严重、检修频繁的问题提供借鉴。
Donglei Stage Ⅰ Pumping Station in Donglei Phase Ⅰ Yellow River Pumping Irrigation Area is the source pumping station for directly pumping water from the Yellow River into the main canal for irrigation. The pumping station is characterized by low head, large flow, large head variation and high sediment content. The successful experience, key technical innovation points and remarkable results of twice pump renovations as well as the remarkable results after renovation are summarized in the paper. It provides reference for similar projects to solve the problems of low working efficiency, serious sediment abrasion, frequent maintenance, and even problems endangering the safe operation of the unit on muddy rivers.
