摘要
横江流经的休宁县中心城区及万安镇的部分地区地势较低,两岸低洼处建有不少民房,由于山区洪水涨势快、流速大、破坏力极强,严重威胁了两岸居民生命财产安全。为更好地为休宁城区及下游防洪做好服务,减轻洪水灾害带来的损失,本文以休宁水文站为代表断面确定水位-流量关系,根据防洪薄弱点制定预警水位、成灾水位,并根据预警流量重现期推求雨量预警阈值,此结果可供休宁城区防汛规划参考使用。
Some parts of Xiuning County and Wan’an Town,where the Hengjiang River flows through,are low-lying,and there are many private houses in the low-lying areas on both sides of the strait.Because of the rapid rise,high velocity and strong destructive power of mountain floods,the lives and property of residents on both sides of the strait are seriously threatened.In order to better serve the flood control in Xiuning and its lower reaches and reduce the losses caused by flood disasters,this paper takes Xiuning Hydrological Station as a representative section to determine the relationship between water level and discharge,establishes early warning water level and disaster water level according to the weak points of flood control,and deduces the rainfall early warning threshold according to the return period of early warning flow.This result can be used as a reference for flood control planning in Xiuning.
