Challenges,Paths and Achievements of the Discipline Construction of the Communist Party of China in the New Era

党的十八大以来,纪律建设被纳入到党的建设总要求,习近平总书记提出把纪律建设挺在前,为加强纪律建设作出了一系列战略部署,形成了党的纪律建设的新局面。由于部分党员纪律意识不够坚定、党纪知识与自身素养存在缺陷,党内不正之风仍在一定程度上存在。为此,在以习近平同志为核心的党中央的坚强领导下,中国共产党为加强纪律建设实施了一系列举措,切实推动中国共产党纪律建设取得显著成效,不断增强了党的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),discipline construction has been treated as one of the core requirements of the building of the CPC.General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached importance to discipline construction and arranged for the discipline construction of the CPC.However,some party members did not have firm discipline awareness and adequate discipline knowledge and qualities,and misconduct and bad practices occurred to some degree within the CPC.Under the leadership of Xi Jinping,the CPC made and implemented a series of measures to strengthen discipline construction,achieved remarkable outcomes in the discipline construction of the CPC,and enhanced the creativity,cohesion and capacity of the CPC.
