摘要
通过搭建空冷燃料电池实验平台,对5kW空冷型质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)进行不同负载电流下的风扇转速调节,得到PEMFC的输出特性. PEMFC启动初期,低转速使得电堆温度不断上升,受到温度的影响, PEMFC输出功率从升高转为下降.随着风扇转速的进一步增大,电堆温度持续下降,功率开始回升,空气进气量逐渐转为影响电堆输出功率的主要因素.实验结果表明,在不同负载电流下,存在一个转速临界值使得PEMFC达到热平衡,并使得系统输出较高净功率.
Through setting up the experimental platform of air cooled fuel cell,the 5kW air-cooled Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell(PEMFC)was subjected to fan speed regulation experiments under different load currents to obtain the output performance parameters of the PEMFC and study its dynamic characteristics.In the early stage of PEMFC startup,the low speed caused the stack temperature to rise continuously.Due to the influence of temperature characteristics,the output power of PEMFC changed from rising to falling.With the further increase of the fan speed,the temperature of the stack continued to drop,the power began to rise,and the air intake gradually turned into the main factor affecting the output power of the stack.The results show that under different load currents,it is found that there is a critical speed to make PEMFC reach thermal equilibrium and make the system output a higher net power.
