高职在校护生人格特征与专业承诺的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between personality characteristics and professional commitment of nursing students in higher vocational colleges

目的探讨高职在校护生的人格特征与专业承诺之间的关系。方法采用问卷调查法,对高职在校1312名护生的人格特征和专业承诺水平进行调查。结果高职在校护生人格特征的内外向与专业总承诺及其四个维度呈正相关关系(P<0.05);神经质与专业总承诺、情感承诺、规范承诺、理想承诺呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论人格特征与专业承诺水平显著相关,在高职护生的教育过程中应注重完善人格特征,提高其专业承诺水平,从而为社会提供优秀护理人才。

Objective To explore the relationship between the personality characteristics and professional commitments of nursing students in higher vocational schools was set as the study subjects.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the personality characteristics and professional commitment level of 1,312 nursing students in higher vocational schools.Results The internal and external personality characteristics of nursing students in higher vocational colleges were positively correlated with the total professional commitment and its four dimensions(P<0.05),and neuroticism was negatively correlated with the total professional commitment,emotional commitment,normative commitment,and ideal commitment(P<0.05).Conclusion The personality characteristics were signifi cantly related to the level of professional commitment.In the education process of higher vocational nursing students,attention should be paid to improving the personality characteristics and improving the level of professional commitment,so as to provide the society with excellent nursing talents.
