雇主视域下农业硕士人职匹配研究

摘要 人职匹配与工作满意度、承诺和职业成功呈正相关,并对员工的工作态度和自我效能感有显著影响。专业学位研究生实践能力与用人单位需求的匹配是专业学位教育质量的重要表征。基于47家用人单位的问卷调查发现,不同规模、不同性质用人单位及不同岗位性质对农业硕士实践能力的需求存在差异,表现为政府机构、事业单位和规模较大的用人单位以及行政管理岗位农业硕士对实践能力的要求较高。虽然当前农业硕士整体实践能力比较适合实际工作需要,但高校还应加强应变能力、决策能力和创新能力等的培养。 Job matching is positively correlated with job satisfaction,commitment and career success,and has a significant impact on the work attitude and self-efficacy of employees.The matching between the practical abilities of master degree holders and the demands of employers is an important indicator of the education quality of professional degrees.Based on the survey of47 employers,it was found that there are differences in the demand for the practical abilities of agricultural masters in regard to the size of employer,the nature of employer and the nature of post.Specifically,government agencies,public institutions,big employers and administrative posts have higher requirements for the practical abilities of agricultural masters.Although the overall practical abilities of agricultural masters are suitable for the practical work requirement at present,universities should further cultivate their adaptability,decision-making capacity and innovation ability.
