一种桁架式装配单元设计应用及其混联式柔性变体研究 被引量:1

摘要 以车载雷达产品为主要应用对象,从车载雷达装配工序的分解重构开始,依次展开了车载雷达装配系统的结构主体、末端执行机构和控制系统的设计,形成了一套基于桁架结构的自动装配单元。首先进行了车载雷达装配工序的提取以及装配单元的机构设计;其次基于BECKHOFF的控制器和EtherCAT总线搭建了自动装配单元的工业控制系统,并编写了自动、工序和点动调试3种模式的程序;然后通过投产、安装和调试搭建了装配应用验证单元。实际运行结果表明,所设计的车载雷达自动装配单元具备高速、高精度特点,能够稳定地实现车载雷达产品的装配过程。在此基础上,结合车载雷达产品多品种、小批量的生产模式,提出了对下一代自动化系统的柔性制造需求,研究了基于现有单元的具备高柔性的结构改进方案,提升了单元的混线生产能力。 Taking vehicle radar products as the main application object,starting with the decomposition and reconstruction of vehicle radar’s assembly process,the main structure,the end actuator and the control system were designed in turn,and automatic assembly unit based on truss type structure was formed.Firstly,the assembly process of vehicle radar was extracted and the mechanism of assembly unit was designed;secondly,based on BECKHOFF controller and EtherCAT bus,the industrial control system was built,and the coding of three modes of automatic,process and jog debugging was carried out.The verification unit of assembly process has been built through production,installation and debugging.The actual operation results show that the design of the automatic assembly unit of the vehicle radar has the characteristics of high speed and high precision,and can stably realize the assembly process of the vehicle radar products.On this foundation,combined with the production mode of multiple varieties and small batch of vehicle radar products,the flexible manufacturing requirements for the next generation of automation system were proposed,and the structural improvement scheme with high flexibility feature based on existing unit was studied to improve the mixed production capacity of the unit.
