Legal Regulation of We-Media Cyber Violence

自媒体网络平台已经成为当代社会生活的一部分,在给人们带来便利的同时,也产生了网络暴力行为,成为社会关注的焦点。自媒体网络暴力行为有着不同于传统社会暴力行为的特点,我国现行法律虽然对这种行为有所规制,但是还存在着缺乏专门性的立法、惩戒力度低、法律救济困难等问题,因此需要在现有法律规定的基础上借鉴国外经验教训,对自媒体网络暴力行为的规制进行完善。

As a part of modern life,online social platforms for we-media bring people convenience as well as cyber violence,which has become the focus of attention in our society. We-media cyber violence is different from traditional social violence. Although existing laws in China regulate we-media cyber violence,there are still such problems as the lack of special legislation,low severity of punishment and difficulties in legal remedies. Therefore,it is necessary to perfect the regulation against we-media cyber violence based on existing laws and foreign experience and lessons.
