白鹿洞办学思想在基层电大文化建设中的传承与实践

The Inheritance and Practice of Bailudong’s School-Design Ideology in the Cultural Construction of Radio and TV University at Grass-Roots Level

以白鹿洞书院为代表的传统书院在办学思想上对电大开放教育及社区教育有许多借鉴之处:修德悟道实践上的“借智”,为学之序践行上的“借力”,文化塑形上的“借势”;电大文化要在修身之要重在“静心”,笃行之要体现“自主”,管理之要讲求“开放”上传承白鹿洞办学思想的文化内涵。基层电大文化建设实践中要落实三方面工作,一是在办学目标上,以立德树人为宗旨让电大成为学生道德建设的“孵化室”;二是在教学方法上,以致知力行为策略让电大成为学生自主发展的“加油站”;三是在教育形式上,以有教无类为导向让电大成为促进终身教育的“健身房”。

The traditional academies,represented by Bailudong Academy,have many references to the open education and community education of Radio and TV University in their school-design ideology:"Borrowing Wisdom"in the practice of moral cultivation;"Borrowing Strength"in the practice of learning order;and"Borrowing Power"in cultural shaping.The key to self-cultivation in TV University culture should be focused on“inner peace","independence"and"openness"in management to inherit the cultural connotation of Bailudong's school-design ideology.There are three aspects to be carried out in the practice of the cultural construction of the grass-roots RTVUs.In terms of the goal of running a school,RTVUs should be an"incubator"for students'moral construction with the aim of establishing morality and fostering personal growth.In terms of teaching methods,RTVUs should become the"gas station”to develop students'independence through intellectual behavior strategies.In terms of the form of education,RTVUs should be the"gym"for lifelong education without social distinctions.
