乡村振兴背景下台湾精致农业发展对福建省“圆梦村”建设的启示

Enlightenment of Taiwan's Exquisite Agriculture Development on the Construction of"Yuan Meng Village"in Fujian Province

福建省“圆梦村”项目是福建省推动乡村振兴、打造乡村振兴试点村的一个重大项目,目前共设立武夷山市兴田镇西郊村、大渚村,建阳区麻沙镇水南村三个建设试点村。产业发展作为“圆梦村”建设的一个重要方面,如何探索产业发展新路子,真正实现农村增收成为“圆梦村”的一大难题。台湾省在发展精致农业的过程中,实现了农业和乡村面貌焕然一新。借鉴台湾精致农业的发展框架、发展模式,“圆梦村”应该以发展绿色农业、推进精品农业、助力乡村人才振兴、推动全域旅游发展、实现党建引领和完善乡村治理体系建设为手段落实乡村振兴战略。

The"Yuan Meng village"is a significant project of promoting rural revitalization and building pilot villages in Fujian Province.There are currently three pilot villages in Fujian Province,namely Xijiao Village and Dazhu Village in Xingtian Town,Wuyishan City,and Shuinan Village in Masha Town,Jianyang District.Industrial development is a substantial aspect of the construction of"Yuan Meng village".How to explore new ways of industrial development and increase the income of rural areas have become a crucial issue at Yuan Meng village.In the process of developing precision agriculture in Taiwan,agriculture and rural areas have taken on a brand-new look.Referring to the development framework and model of precision agriculture in Taiwan,the"Yuan Meng village"should implement the rural revitalization strategy by developing green agriculture,promoting precision agriculture,upgrading rural talents,promoting the all-round development of tourism,realizing the leadership of the Party and improving the rural governance system.
