思政视阈下高校法治基础教育研究

Study on the Basic Education of Rule of Law in Universities from the Ideological and Political Perspective

高校法治基础教育经过多年发展,教育教学成果显著,为推进我国法治化建设,提高公民法治素养作出卓越贡献。但作为思政教育重要组成部分的法治基础教育,在实践教学中也暴露出许多问题,例如,对思政教育与法治基础教育的关系定位不清、在理念教育与知识教育之间摇摆不定、课程内容的丰富性与课时的有限性冲突加剧。为破除这些问题的禁锢,在教学实践中有必要强化思政教育中道德观与法治观的内在联系,确立理念教育为主知识教育为辅的原则,并坚持线下必修课与线上选修课相结合,使法治基础教育取得实效。

After years of development,the basic education of rule of law in colleges and universities has made remarkable achievements in education and teaching,making remarkable contributions to promoting the construction of the rule of law in China and improving citizens'legal literacy.However,as an important part of ideological and political education,the basic education of the rule of law has also exposed many problems in practical teaching.For example,the relationship between ideological and political education and the basic education of the rule of law is not clear,the relationship between ideological education and the basic education of the rule of law is uncertain,and the conflict between the richness of curriculum content and the limitation of class hours is intensified.In order to get rid of the imprison of these problems,it is necessary to strengthen the internal connection between morality and law in ideological and political education in teaching practice,establish the principle that ideological education should be supplemented by knowledge education,and stick to the combination of offline compulsory courses and online elective courses,so as to make the basic education of rule of law achieve actual results.
