癫痫患者撤药及撤药后复发的研究进展

Research progress of drug-withdrawal and relapse in epileptic patients

药物治疗目前仍是癫痫患者治疗的主要手段,癫痫达一定时间无发作,患者和家属首先考虑的是撤药问题,但临床工作中癫痫患者的撤药管理仍存在许多亟待解决的问题。本文对临床达一定缓解期癫痫患者撤药的时机、撤药速度、方法、影响撤药后复发的因素、撤药后复发患者的处理及其预后等焦点问题近年来的进展作一综述,以供临床医生和今后研究参考。

Drug therapy is still the main treatment for patients with epilepsy at present.Anti-epileptic drugs withdrawal will be considered by the patients and their family members when they achieved seizure freedom.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the management of anti-epileptic drugs withdrawal in clinical work.This article reviews the recent progress in the timing,speed and methods of drug-withdrawal,the factors influencing the recurrence after drug-withdrawal,the prognosis and management of patients with epilepsy recurrence.It would provide a foundation for the more standardized clinical treatment and further research.
