摘要
介绍了大冶有色金属有限责任公司冶炼厂污酸处理情况,对提高污酸处理产生的钙砷渣中含砷量进行技术研究,得出了钙砷渣含砷量的主要影响因素,通过试验分析和生产摸索,结合现场实施和改进,钙砷渣产生量由137.0 t/d降低至95.5 t/d,钙砷渣w(As)由7.93%提升至12.27%,取得了良好的效果。
The treatment of waste acid in smelter of Daye Nonferrous Metals Company is introduced.The technical research on improving the arsenic content in calcium arsenic slag produced by waste acid treatment is carried out,and the main influencing factors of arsenic content in calcium arsenic slag are obtained.Through experimental analysis and production exploration,combined with field implementation and improvement,the production of calcium arsenic slag is reduced from 137.0 t/d to 95.5 t/d,the w(As)of calcium arsenic slag is increased from 7.93%to 12.27%,and good results are achieved.
