摘要
在临床专业基于器官-系统的整合性课程中引入PBL教学,设计实施适合基础医学课程的PBL。文章探讨了在整合性课程模块之一,即泌尿系统中进行PBL教学实践及研究。经研究发现,PBL教学的运用能够加强学生对知识的理解记忆和内化运用,提高学生的学习兴趣和自主学习能力,激发学习动力,培养临床思维能力和表达沟通能力。总之,PBL显著提高了基础医学整合性课程的教学效果。
In clinical specialties, PBL has been introduced to the integrated curriculum based on organ-system and designed to cater for basic medical courses. PBL teaching practice and research was carried out in "Urinary System", one of the modules in the integrated curriculum. The study showed that the application of PBL could facilitate the understanding and internalization of knowledge, motivate the students, and improve their ability of clinical thinking and communication. In conclusion, PBL significantly improved the teaching effect of medical integrated curriculum.
