利用“互联网+”构建整合型医疗服务模式

Construction of an integrated healthcare delivery system by using internet-plus technology application in a hospital

目的加强紧密型医联体、医共体建设,通过线上平台整合线下医疗卫生资源,构建整合型医疗服务模式。方法通过“互联网+”医疗服务、医疗健康、分级诊疗、卫生应急,促进线上与线下医疗资源的高效整合。结果有效解决群众看病就医难、医疗信息共享渠道不畅、医疗服务业务不贯通、疫情防控难等现实难题。结论“互联网+医疗服务”在构建整合型医疗服务模式、提高基层医疗健康和卫生应急方面潜力巨大,需要聚焦突破、加强攻关、拓展应用。

This paper aims to strengthen the construction of integrated and common entities of the hospitals,using on-line platform to integrate medical and health resources,in order to form an integrated health care delivery system.Internet-plus technology is applied in medical service,medical health,tiered diagnosis and treatment,and public health emergency,so as to promote efficient integration of medical resources both on-line and off-line.This mode can effectively address current problems such as difficulties in medical treatment,common sharing of medical information,connectivity of medical service business and the epidemic control.Internet-plus medical service has great potential for the construction of integrated health care delivery system,the improvement of community-level medical health and public health emergency,which deserves time and energy to make remarkable breakthroughs in solving current setbacks and extending uses in other areas.
