急诊科护理中断事件现状及干预管理研究

Study on the status quo and intervention management of nursing interruption in emergency department

阐述急诊护理中断事件的概念,综述国内外急诊室中断事件发生来源、性质、类型和结局影响,重点阐述提升急诊护理人员及相关医务人员对中断事件的认知和关注,加强危机意识注重护理质量和医疗和患者安全、智慧顺畅绿色就医体验,提高病人及家属的无中断干扰管理、医疗机构磁性管理、多团队合作、急诊护士基本技能、沟通能力和应变能力培训等护理管理措施,营造良好的急诊救治环境,以减少和避免不良结局的护理中断事件的发生,旨在为国内开展急诊护理中断事件的管理实践提供参考。

Concept of interruption of emergency care was elaborated and the source,nature,type,and the end effect of the emergency room interruption event were reviewed with emphasis on emergency nurses and related staff to interruption of the cognitive and attention to strengthen the crisis consciousness,pay attention to the quality of care and medical security,patient safety,smooth green treatment experience,improve the non-interruption interference management of the patients and their families and medical institutions magnetic management,teamwork,emergency nurses more basic skills,communication skills and strain capacity training of nursing management measures,such as create a good environment for the emergency treatment,in order to reduce and avoid the happening of interruption of adverse outcomes of medical care.The aim is to provide reference for the management practice of emergency care interruption events in China.
