中国临床研究的发展趋势及特点分析

目的探讨中国临床研究的发展状况。方法查阅Embase数据库,分析比较2007—2016年间中国与美国、印度、加拿大、英国、澳大利亚的临床研究数量及其占比。基于官方数据,选取具有较稳定影响力数据的年份分析中国临床研究的发展情况。结果 2007—2016年间,中国临床研究数目增长量为19716篇,位居6国之首,临床试验的数量增长率最高,但中国临床研究/总医学研究的比率处于最低水平,中国临床研究的被引次数低于世界平均水平,相对影响力较低。我国三大人才评选项目中临床研究者占比低于基础研究者,且占比变化无差异。结论中国临床研究增长迅速,但在国际上相对影响力没有显著提高,应加快人才激励机制改革创新,使其与中国临床研究协同发展。

Objective To explore the development of clinical research in China.Methods Embase database was consulted to analyze and compare the number or proportion of clinical studies in China,USA,India,Canada,UK and Australia from2007 to 2016.Based on official data,the year with relatively stable influential data was selected to analyze the development of clinical research in China.Results From 2007 to 2016,the number of clinical studies in China increased by 19,716,ranking first among the six countries.However,the ratio of clinical research/total medical research in China was at the lowest level among the six countries.The citation frequency of clinical research in China is lower than the global average,and the relative influence is reduced.The proportion of clinical researchers is lower than that of basic researchers,but no difference was observed.Conclusions The clinical research in China is growing rapidly,but its relative influence in the world has not significantly improved.Reform and innovation of talent incentive mechanism should be accelerated to make it develop in coordination with China’s clinical research.
