摘要
目的探索新冠疫情下医院考勤管理策略,为加强医院考勤管理工作建设提供参考意见。方法提取医院工作人员1530人疫情前后即2019年与2020年考勤数据作为研究对象,将考勤人员、考勤科室、人员变动频次、排班情况、加班数量进行对比分析,运用Excel统计、计算对比值。结果在新冠疫情下医院考勤管理存在疫情考勤规定缺失,执行依据不明确,业务流程不科学,数据采集难度大,信息化程度低,数据统计不高效等问题,结合医院工作实际,提出建立"平疫结合"的医院考勤管理制度的策略。
Objective To explore the management strategy of hospital attendance in the COVID-19 epidemic situation,so as to provide reference for strengthening the construction of hospital attendance management.Methods The attendance data of 1530 hospital staff before and after the epidemic,i.e.from January to December in 2019 and from January to December in2020,were extracted as the research object.The attendance personnel,attendance departments,personnel change frequency,shift scheduling and overtime number were compared and analyzed,and excel was used to count and calculate the comparison value.Results The results show that there are some problems in the hospital attendance management in the epidemic situation,such as lack of attendance regulations,unclear implementation basis,unscientific business process,difficult data collection,low degree of informatization,inefficient data statistics and so on.Conclusion Combined with the actual work of the hospital,this paper puts forward the strategy of establishing the hospital attendance management system featuring the"integration of regular and epidemic attendance management."
