品管圈在住院病案首页信息质量中的应用分析

Analysis of application of quality control circle in the information quality of the first page of hospitalized medical records

目的研究品管圈用于医院病案首页信息质量管理中的临床价值。方法现摘选2019年1月—6月,我院未开展品管圈管理前的1 176份住院病案首页作为A组,摘选2019年7月—12月,开展品管圈后的1 176份住院病案首页作为B组,对2组的病案首页信息质量进行对比研究。结果 B组病案首页信息的总体缺陷率与A组相比明显更低,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义;且B组的病案首页书写合格率与A组相比明显更高,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论品管圈对住院病案首页信息质量有良好的提升作用,可有效降低病案首页整体缺陷率,提高病案书写合格率,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To study the clinical value of quality control circle used in the information quality management for hospital medical records.Methods From January to June 2019,the first pages of 1176 inpatient medical records before the quality control circle management in our hospital were selected as group A,and those of 1176 cases from July to December 2019 after the quality control circle mamagement were selected as group B,and the information quality of the first page of the medical record of the two groups was compared.Results The overall defect rate of the first page information of medical records in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.In addition,the qualified rate of the first page of medical records in group B was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The quality control circle has a good effect on improving the quality of the information on the first page of the inpatient medical record,and can effectively reduce the overall defect rate of the first page of the medical record,increase the qualified rate of the medical record,and thus has a high clinical application value.
