基于医院应对新型传染性疾病应急管理体系建设思考

Reflection on construction of hospital emergency management based on response to the novel coronavirus

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发以来,全国上下快速部署,统筹力量保障救治,公立医院在其过程中起到了重要的作用。本文从县级综合医院实践切入,对疫情防控期间医院应急管理进行总结与探讨,探索疫情后时代在应急管理体系建设上的思考,为提升综合性医院应对突发公共卫生事件能力建设提供参考。

Since the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia,public hospitals have played an important role in the rapid deployment of medical workers and in coordinated allocation of resources to ensure treatment.Starting from the practice of county-level general hospitals,this paper summarizes and discusses the emergency management of hospitals during the period of epidemic prevention and control,and explores the construction of emergency management system in the post-epidemic era,so as to provide reference for improving the ability of comprehensive hospitals to cope with public health emergencies.
