疫情防控背景下高校图书馆视频资源评价体系探究

Research on the evaluation system of video resources in university libraries under the background of epidemic prevention and control

文章以高校图书馆的视频资源作为研究对象,通过文献调研,分析了国内外视频资源的评价指标体系,依据国内高校图书馆视频资源建设的实际情况,采用调查问卷与专家访谈法,初步确定高校图书馆视频资源评价指标体系;接着构建出图书馆视频资源评价筛选系统,选出待评价的视频内容并导入系统,邀请专家进行实时评价打分,统计、分析评价结果,以验证初定评价指标体系的实用性与适用性,确定最终评价指标体系。

This paper takes the video resources of university libraries as the research object,analyzes the evaluation index system of the video resources at home and abroad through literature survey.According to the actual situation of the video resources construction of university libraries in China,this paper adopts questionnaire and expert interview methods,preliminarily determining the evaluation index system of the video resources of the university libraries.Then,the evaluation and screening system of library video resources are constructed,the video content to be evaluated is selected and it is introduced into the system,experts are invited to evaluate and score it in real time.Finally,this paper makes statistics and analyzes the evaluation results so as to verify the practicability and applicability of the preliminary evaluation index system and determine the final evaluation index system.
