卓越绩效模式是当前国际上广泛认同的一种组织综合绩效管理的有效方法和工具,也是我国企业在当前高质量发展的新形势下经营管理的努力方向。宿迁南钢金鑫轧钢有限公司(简称“金鑫”)现阶段将推进卓越绩效模式提升管理作为重要抓手,引导全体员工学习先进的质量管理经验和方法,通过自我评价,不断持续改进,提高企业核心竞争力,从而实现可持续化发展。
Excellent performance mode is an effective method and tool of organization comprehensive performancemanagement,which is widely accepted in the world at present.It is also the direction of enterprise management underthe new situation of high-quality development.At present,Suqian Nangang Jinxin Steel Rolling Co.,L.d.(Jinxin forshort)will pay great attention to the excellent performance mode to improve the management,guide all employees tolearn advanced quality management experience and methods.It is hoped that all the employees make continuous improvement through self-evaluation to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise so as to achieve sustainabledevelopment.
