Research on construction of rural operation and management major under“1+X”certificate system

随着高职院校职业教育改革的深入推进,“1+X”证书制度应运而生。文章基于“1+X”证书制度展开研究,阐述了“1+X”证书制度内涵,结合高职院校农村经营管理专业建设情况,详细分析了“1+X”证书制度下农村经营管理专业建设意义、建设困境,最后在“1+X”证书制度下从人才培养方案重构、双师型教师团队建设、校企合作深化和多元化考核评价制度构建等方面探讨了农村经营管理专业建设路径,具有可操作性和实用性,为高职院校农村经营管理专业建设提供参考和借鉴。

With the deepening of vocational education reform in higher vocational colleges,“1+X”certificate system emerges as the times require.Based on the study of“1+X”certificate system,this paper elaborates the connotation of“1+X”certificate system.Combining with the construction of rural operation and management major in higher vocational colleges,it analyzes the construction significance and predicament of this major under the“1+X”certificate system.Finally,it discusses the construction path of this major under the“1+X”certificate system from the aspects of the reconstruction of talent training scheme,the construction of double-teacher team,the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation and the construction of diversified evaluation system.
